What we collect

Booking and screening information. Your name, phone number, email address, preferred location and time, and the health details you provide so a clinician can assess your eligibility — current medication, allergies, pregnancy status and relevant medical history.

Survey responses. Our independent wellness survey collects age range, city, product usage and opinions. It is anonymous: we do not ask for your name, contact details or any identifier, and we cannot link a response back to you.

Basic technical data. Standard server logs and aggregate analytics used to keep the site working and understand which pages are useful.

Why we collect it

• To assess clinical eligibility and deliver your session safely.
• To contact you about your booking, aftercare and follow-up scheduling.
• To maintain the clinical records a medical service is required to keep.
• To improve our protocols and the products we develop, using aggregate insights.

We do not sell your data. We do not share it with advertisers. We do not send marketing messages to a number you gave us for a clinical booking unless you separately ask us to.

Health information

Health details you submit are treated as sensitive personal data. Access is limited to the clinicians and nurses involved in your care and the small operational team required to schedule it. Our screening records are stored on encrypted cloud infrastructure with access controls and row-level security, and are never published or shared with third parties for commercial purposes.

Storage and retention

Data is stored on managed cloud infrastructure with encryption in transit and at rest. Booking and clinical records are retained for the period required by applicable Indian medical record-keeping requirements; anonymous survey responses are retained indefinitely in aggregate because they cannot be traced to an individual.

Your rights

You can ask us to confirm what personal information we hold about you, correct anything inaccurate, or delete data we are not legally required to retain. You can also withdraw consent for future contact at any time. Email connect@webtechkeys.com and we will respond within 30 days. Anonymous survey responses cannot be withdrawn individually because they are not linked to any identifier.

Cookies
