Who Reviews, Who Administers, and Who Is Accountable
IV therapy is a medical service, so the question of who is responsible matters more than any marketing claim. Here is our supervision model in full.
Physician review
Every intake form is read and approved by a licensed doctor before a session is confirmed.
Registered nurses
Cannulation and administration by nurses trained specifically in nutrient infusion.
Sterile & single-use
Equipment opened in front of you; sharps collected and removed after every session.
On-call supervision
The supervising physician is reachable for the full duration of your appointment.
Medical Director

Responsible for protocol design, formulation approval and clinical escalation. We publish no name, photograph or credential until it belongs to a real, verifiable clinician who has agreed to be named — placeholder doctors are how this industry loses trust.
Nursing team

All administering nurses hold current registration and are trained in peripheral cannulation, infusion monitoring and emergency response. Their names appear in your booking confirmation before they arrive.
Why screening comes before payment
If money changes hands first, there is a quiet commercial pressure to approve every booking. We removed that pressure by sequencing the process the other way: you complete the intake, a physician reviews it, and only an approved session moves to payment. If we decline, nothing is charged.
Declining happens for good reasons — pregnancy, kidney impairment, cardiac history, G6PD deficiency, iron overload, active infection, or medication interactions that deserve your own doctor's input first. Those are not edge cases we hope to slip past; they are the reason the screening exists.
Sourcing and traceability
Injectables are procured through licensed pharmacy channels. Batch numbers and expiry dates are visible on request at every session, and cold-chain-sensitive components are transported accordingly. Ask your nurse to show you the vials before preparation — they expect the question.
Escalation
If you feel unwell during an infusion, the drip is stopped, not slowed down and hoped about. Vitals are re-checked, the supervising physician is called, and if the situation warrants it we arrange onward medical care. Every session carries an emergency response kit appropriate to the setting.
