What is included
- Pre-session medical screening and physician review — always, at no charge.
- All nutrients, consumables and sterile single-use equipment.
- Registered nurse attendance for the full session.
- Home or office visit within our Hyderabad service area.
- Written aftercare and next-session guidance.
What is not included
- Laboratory tests, if your clinician recommends them.
- Travel beyond the listed service area, quoted transparently in advance.
- Any medication or treatment outside the Ageless protocol.
Payment, rescheduling and refunds
Payment is taken only after a physician has approved your session. If we decline your booking on clinical grounds, nothing is charged. Packages are valid for twelve months from purchase and are transferable within your immediate family after a fresh screening for the new recipient.
Reschedules are free with at least 12 hours' notice. Later than that, or a missed appointment, may forfeit the session because the nurse's slot and the prepared consumables cannot be recovered. Full terms are in our cancellation and refund policy.
